Through this service, you can apply for notarising a contract whereby a natural or legal UAE citizen may solely own a company, and notarise its articles of association. The provisions of the limited liability company apply to this kind too, without contravening its nature. Owners may increase or decrease its capital and make any other amendments._

- Submit the application and required documents through any available channels.
- Pay the applicable fees once the request is approved.
- Verify your appearance before the Notary Public through any available means.
- Receive the notarised contract.

- For any contract/ document of less than AED 50,000 or of unspecified value: AED 500.
- For any contract/ document of more than AED 50,000 and less than AED 200,000: AED 1,000
- For any contract/ document of more than AED 200,000: 0.5% of the document value, capped at AED 20,000.

- The company owner must be of UAE nationality.
- The document terms shall be clear and explicit, without any erasure or deletion.
- If the applicant is a representative of a principal, he should bring his original POA, comply with the powers granted to him by his principal, and have the right to appoint others.
- If the document is not in Arabic, it should be translated by a legal translation office certified by the Ministry of Justice.
- Any document issued abroad must be attested by the competent authorities (Ministry of Foreign Affairs).
